SO honored to see my name here! And it was crazy hearing myself on your podcast!!! I am so not worthy.
This is also a very fitting episode, since I’m trying really hard to be awesome on my new job. 🙂 This episode had so many good tips for me. Thanks!
I’m glad you liked it! And congratulations on your career growth, Steph!
I wish my husband would have used a better strategy when asking for a raise. He was there two years and the company didn’t give him too many raises!
It’s tough to navigate for sure.
I’ve found that the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
