Rocky Lalvani is the millionaire next door. He started out with basically nothing as his parents immigrated to the United States when he was 2 years old. His parents were in their early 40's and it was their second big move in life and they were starting over again to create the American dream.

In spite of a lot of struggles and his mom passing away when he was 7, Rocky has been able to achieve financial success and the American Dream (although it was the wrong dream). He wants to share all that he has learned along the way so others can achieve success much faster and on their terms.

He has achieved financial success by automating his savings, spending less than he earned, negotiating everything and reducing risk. However, he’s found there is a lot more to life than just money. His journey has changed to enjoying abundance and life beyond money. His focus is on helping people to know their purpose and then bring balance to their health, wealth, time, relationships, spirituality and overcome the voices in their heads that prevent them from success.

My daughter Zoey Hill had a huge money win the other day and I want to celebrate her.

A couple weeks ago, Zoey came home with an $18 library fine. She was very sad about it.

Evidently, the fine was for a book that she borrowed the week prior. The problem was that she distinctly remembered returning that book.

After chatting with me and Nicole, Zoey realized that she was not in trouble and we believed her. She started to smile knowing that her parents supported her.

The following day, Zoey and Nicole went to the library and told the librarian that Zoey, in fact, did return that book. Zoey offered to help the librarian look for it on the shelves. The librarian agreed and together … they found the book.

I was very proud of my girl for not taking the “fine” at face value. She stood up for herself (politely) and she saved herself $18.
