According to the American Psychological Association, 40-50% of marriages in the United States end in divorce. With a statistic like that, one might wonder if a prenup (prenuptial agreement) is a smart move.

Nicole and I discussed if we should have gotten a prenup when we got married, if we would now, how our second marriages would play out and if we'd recommend one to our daughter as she grows older.
